For those who can, drinking a glass of chilled milk will help with acid issues. In fact, nutritionist Anshul Jaibharat says that the next time you experience hyperacidity, all you have to do is drink a large glass of chilled milk and wait for the relief to kick in.

5. Coconut water:

Coconut water is considered a great cooler for the summer anyway, but did you know it can also help you well with acid? Dr. Ahuja from Fortis Hospital Delhi says, “When you drink coconut water, your body’s pH becomes alkaline,” which means that acid refluxes are reduced with ease
