While there are many ways to treat the same thing, nutritionist and lifestyle educator Karishma Chawla shares how to deal with different types of illnesses stomach pain with the help of home remedies.

constipation
Constipation is caused by lack of Fiber, Consuming processed foods, being dehydrated, having too much dairy, medication, sedentary lifestyle or physical inactivity, ignoring the urge to defecate and stress. Chronic constipation can lead to gas production, bloating, and pain. Dietary interventions include eating whole grains such as dalia, red rice poha, rajgira, and legumes; high fiber fruits and vegetables like dark green leafy greens, pears, and papaya; Drink plenty of water and other fluids – like starting the day with lemon water and eating vegetable smoothies. Lifestyle measures include slowing down the morning ritual, a routine, a set wake-up and sleep time, and yoga and stretching. Avoid refined, fried, and high-sugar foods. One can experiment with black salt, which can help relieve gas and gas, and aid digestion. Garlic helps relieve gas, constipation, and the infection.
diarrhea
It can be caused by a viral infection, medications, food allergies, and food sensitivities, to name a few. Treatment for diarrhea includes fluid balance with coconut water, buttermilk, salted rice kanji or lemon, sugar, and salty drink.
Lactose intolerance
People who are lactose intolerant usually lack the enzyme lactase to digest the lactose in milk, causing stomach cramps and diarrhea. Avoid milk is beneficial. You can replace normal milk with almond or coconut milk.
Gas and bloating
This could be due to food sensitivity, constipation, or indigestion stomach pain. This can be achieved by dropping food irritants that cause gas, eating a high-fiber diet with adequate water, and properly chewing foods. One can also experiment with herbs like turmeric, which help break down food and absorb nutrients.
Acid reflux
It is caused by low stomach acid, lack of magnesium, certain foods, hiatal hernia, and overeating. Avoid citrus fruits, alcohol, and spicy foods for relief. Work out mindful eating by chewing each bite 20-30 times. You can also drink aloe vera juice in the morning and fennel and black seed water before meals to remove stomach acid.

You can also add 1 tablespoon raw Apple Cider Vinegar to an 8-ounce glass of warm water and drink it about 15-30 minutes before a meal. You can also drink this after meals if you have heartburn.
