How did Adele lose weight?
Adele’s new look has attracted a lot of attention as the singer has changed her lifestyle significantly.
She addressed her leaner body during an appearance on Saturday Night Live last October.
On the TV show, she said, “I know I really look very different since you last saw me.
“But actually, because of all the Covid restrictions … I had to travel lightly and could only bring half of myself. And that’s the half that I chose.”
Speaking to Express.co.uk, Bio-Synergy CEO Daniel Herman said that changing her diet and exercise had likely helped her lose weight.

He suggested that she might have used intermittent fasts and exercises like Pilates to help lose weight.
Daniel contended, “Because of the dramatic change, an intermittent fasting diet along with increased exercise – possibly Pilates or yoga – appears to have been the most likely plan Adele followed.
“To aid them, she may also have used findings from a DNA test to uncover any nutritional deficiencies or underlying health problems, possibly related to gut health, and understand what kind of exercise and foods are good for them based on their genetics are best suited.
“Based on clients I have worked with, I would appreciate [a weight loss] from 10 to 12 stone. “
Although Adele has not spoken publicly about the changes she made to her eating plan, it has been widely reported that intermittent fasting played a role.

What is Intermittent Fasting?
Those who follow an intermittent fasting plan limit themselves to when they eat rather than how much they eat.
A popular version of the diet is the 16/8 plan, which requires fasting 16 hours a day and eating within an eight hour window.
The 5: 2 diet is also widely used and sees people who lose weight restrict the amount two days a week and eat freely the other five days.
Daniel explained how the diet plan can help you lose weight and outlined some of the most popular methods.
He stated, “In general, there is evidence that fasting has great benefits such as weight loss, better digestion, and slower aging.
“Intermittent fasting cycles between fasting and eating. We all fast every day, but we break the fast by eating breakfast.
“But a lot of people do the 16/8 method, which restricts food intake for 16 hours and allows eating for an eight hour window.
“Alternative fasting on the second day is done every other day. It is a form of one-day fast.
“Eat-Stop-Eat is a method where you fast for 24 hours once or twice a week.
“With regular fasting, food intake is restricted for a certain number of days, such as a three-day fast once a month.”
He added, “A major reason IF has been shown to be an effective nutritional strategy for fat loss and body composition enhancement is that fasting on an IF protocol helps enforce an energy deficit.”
It is believed that weight training like Pilates helped Adele improve. Pilates instructor Camila Goodis announced that she was previously employed by the star.
Daniel claimed Adele’s transformation could have been helped with similar exercises.
