SAN DIEGO (KUSI) – HIIT Body Burn! has a few rigorous workouts that viewers can do at home without a lot of equipment.

Do each exercise for 30 seconds, pause for 10 seconds, and repeat 3 times.

1. Chest fly jacks twice, squats twice

2. Wide to narrow jump squats

3. Switch the lunge to the rear foot lift and tap

4. Squats to jump squats

5. Arm goes twice, crosses twice, climbs four times

6. Plank goes twice to get push-ups from forearm dolphins

7. Dive and kick

8. Cross knee crunch to toe tapping
