Frizzy hair is annoying! While you expect straight, sleek, and shiny hair, frizz pampers the look. Frizz is nothing more than your hair asking for moisture and nourishment. Constant dehydration leads to damage, which leaves hair frizzy, damaged, and lifeless.
Frizz in hair needs to be managed, controlled and managed before breakage and hair loss occur. Start with kitchen ingredients; Here are some that can help you get frizzy hair.
Avocados are rich in vitamins B and E, which nourish and repair hair damage, while yogurt cleanses and conditions the hair. So making a mask with these ingredients can help combat hair loss.
Mash a ripe avocado and mix well in a cup of yogurt to create a smooth and creamy paste. Apply this paste the length of your hair and leave it on for 45 to 60 minutes. Then wash your hair with your regular shampoo. Applying this mask once or twice a week will result in well-groomed hair.

- Apple Cider Vinegar (ACV)
Healthy hair has a pH between 4.5 and 5.5, which makes it acidic. When the hair becomes alkaline, the cuticles open and cause a frizzy condition. ACV is slightly acidic, so applying it to the hair can be helpful in taming frizzy hair, removing product residue, and making hair look shinier. Dilute it with water and use it as a hair conditioner during your shampoo. Use this once or twice a week.
