In front Season 4 of Siesta Key, Chloe Trautman started a major health and fitness Journey that led to her impressive weight loss. “It’s not really a diet, it’s more of a lifestyle change,” the MTV personality tells Life & Style exclusively.

“I’m as active as possible. I have a personal trainer, Haley, she’s amazing. I do yoga; I am walking down the beach; I rollerblade, ”adds Chloe. “I went veganand I just eat a lot of vegetables and a lot of fruit. “The Florida native is not only plant-based, but also pays more attention to it when she eats. “I think the key for me is not overeating and not eating late at night,” says Chloe.

“My real transformation is from within and the work I’ve done on myself,” he said Concept from Chloe Founder Remarks. “I think the outside just reflects the inner work I’ve done and I hope to be an inspiration to others.”

Shortly after the coronavirus pandemic broke out, Chloe decided it was time to make a change. “I was one of them [people] When the quarantine came about, I decided to start exercising three times a day instead of eating and drinking a ton, ”she recalls. “It was like that, you know … there are a lot of good things that came out for me this year and I’m just really grateful.”

Although Chloe will be part of season four, the blogger had to take a step back from participating. “I’ve had a lot of problems this season. I went through my transformation about six months before we started filming this event. When we started filming again, I quickly saw parts of the old me and my old toxic tendencies came out immediately, ”explains Chloe. “I struggled with it for the first few weeks and I finally decided to take a step back because it just became too much.”

Fortunately, her Siesta Key colleagues were incredibly “supportive” of her decision. “I think with everything that has happened with COVID-19 this year, there is more mental health issue to solve than ever, and not just me but other performers are struggling with it,” mused Chloe. “I just think it’s very nice that we were all ready to put our hearts outside, to be so vulnerable and show our struggles that we went through this year.”
