As health care practice evolves, more and more care is provided at home. We spoke to Steve McNeely, Executive Director Homecare Operations at Spectrum Health at Home, about the trend.

McNeely said the COVID crisis has called for more health care to be provided at home. As a result, there is a greater need than ever for doctors to care for people in the home. Spectrum Health at Home is looking for Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs). In particular, they are looking for the following types of candidates:

According to McNeely, Spectrum Health at Home has open positions in many disciplines and areas, but would like to hire 20 new LPNs. They offer flexible scheduling (3) 12-hour shifts, (4) 10-hour shifts, or the traditional (5) 8-hour shifts, as well as a fleet car program so the team doesn’t have to drive their personal cars.
