Our creativity is at its peak when we come up with excuses to skip the workout, and Bollywood producer and writer Tahira Kashyap was no different, but she soon found a way to regain her fitness. Courtesy of Tahira Kashyap’s encouraging fitness video, we’re brushing aside the blues and midweek workout excuses this Wednesday.
Tahira reached out to her social media and wrote all sorts of excuses we could think of to keep our lazy bums from moving around, especially during the winter months. Encouraging fans and fitness enthusiasts, Tahira shared a video showing she was doing her exercises properly even if the gyms remain closed instead of Covid-19.
From squats to pushups to other leg exercises, Tahira has opted for a simple but full-body workout in her living room, and we are thrilled:
“I won’t let multiple alibis get in the way of regaining my fitness,” said Tahira in the caption. She added, “From medical side effects to surgery to hypothyroidism, not being 18 until the gym is closed for coronavirus.” I used all of these excuses and many more not to move my bum, but no more! #fitness #itsnevertoolate Chalo moves with me (sic). “

Strengthening our lower body including butts and legs is crucial as they keep us moving throughout the day. Although the leg muscles are large and take too long to show exercise results, it is important to exercise them with exercise at least once a week for serious health benefits.
In addition to correcting muscle disorders, leg exercises help recover from injuries and even treat chronic conditions like diabetes, heart disease, and arthritis. In addition, they tone the body, melt belly fat and increase stability and strength.
