“What I love about it is the convenience of everything. I don’t have to worry about preparing anything. It’s already done for me, which really only helps me because I do a million things. I don’t really have time over it thinking about my food, “she said of the program.

Another secret to feeling your best could be finding balance. Now that she has more time at home with her teenage daughters, the TV personality stated that she made it her business to save time to take care of herself when she is away from the cameras. She recently started swimming, which she does three days a week for 45 days.

“This year I wanted to add something new to my exercise program, so I started swimming. I absolutely love it!” She added. “I’m so mad I didn’t record this a long time ago. It helps me feel complete from head to toe. My body is a little crispier when that makes sense.”

“I’m just a little glad to be home with them,” said Bryant. “I really want to try to hang out with my kids as much as possible. They are in high school. You are about to step out of my life before I can blink twice! I was a ‘choke’. I have her choked and will do that year round. “

“It’s one of my favorite holidays. Myself and my girls will definitely be celebrating,” Bryant said, admitting that she told her ex-husband, Jamal Bryant, not to travel to Potomac from Atlanta because of the pandemic.

“This house will be ridiculously filled with balloons, chocolates, candy!” said the TV housewife. “I’ll take it then [my daughters] To eat out.”
