The Reality TV star knows what it takes to wear several hats in one day. In addition to her role on the Bravo series, Bryant co-hosts the network’s “chat room” while she raises her three daughters.

“I just want to look as sexy as possible all the time!” Bryant, 50, laughed. “But I gained 10-15 pounds during the quarantine and I just want to refine that.”

Bryant says she’s not one who particularly enjoys “being on the scales all the time”. She was recently appointed ambassador Nutrisystem and has since introduced the brand new Nutrisystem as part of their daily routine to promote healthy weight loss and avoid plateaus and yo-yo diets.
“What I love about it is the convenience of everything. I don’t have to worry about preparing anything. It’s already done for me, which really only helps me because I do a million things. I don’t really have time over it thinking about my food, “she said of the program.
Another secret to feeling your best could be finding balance. Now that she has more time at home with her teenage daughters, the TV personality stated that she made it her business to save time to take care of herself when she is away from the cameras. She recently started swimming, which she does three days a week for 45 days.
“This year I wanted to add something new to my exercise program, so I started swimming. I absolutely love it!” She added. “I’m so mad I didn’t record this a long time ago. It helps me feel complete from head to toe. My body is a little crispier when that makes sense.”
Of course, the reality star is no stranger to sharing glamorous selfies and intimate family moments with her fans on social media. There is a risk of receiving negative comments from Body shamersbut Bryant tells us that she easily ignores that.
“I felt like last season, the fifth season of ‘Potomac’, was getting ridiculously ridiculous for the trolls,” said Bryant. “But I accept it! You have to take the good with the bad. I never take it personally.”
She is also fortunate that the ongoing pandemic has forced her to slow down a little and spend more time with her daughters – Grace, 16, and twins Adore and Angel, 14.
“I’m just a little glad to be home with them,” said Bryant. “I really want to try to hang out with my kids as much as possible. They are in high school. You are about to step out of my life before I can blink twice! I was a ‘choke’. I have her choked and will do that year round. “

The star also talked about how she plans to spend Valentine’s Day.
“It’s one of my favorite holidays. Myself and my girls will definitely be celebrating,” Bryant said, admitting that she told her ex-husband, Jamal Bryant, not to travel to Potomac from Atlanta because of the pandemic.
“This house will be ridiculously filled with balloons, chocolates, candy!” said the TV housewife. “I’ll take it then [my daughters] To eat out.”
