Fitness and nutrition expert reveals an exclusive Kadha recipe

Various treatment methods have been used recently to cure the coronavirus infection. If anything is getting the most attention during the time of the Covid pandemic, it is how to boost immunity and how to increase it.

Given the fear of the current global situation, people have become more aware of improving their immune systems and controlling their lifestyle habits. Kadha is rich in antioxidants, minerals, and vitamins. This Kadha recipe relaxes your body, strengthens your immunity, lowers your body temperature, improves the quality of your skin, lowers blood pressure and much more.

Hasti Singh, fitness and nutrition expert, founder of the Hasti Transformation fitness center, has exclusively recommended the use of Ayurvedic kadha, which can help recover from the coronavirus or prevent the spread of its infection. Here’s how you can prepare this kadha recipe:

How To Do Kadha At Home:


2 cloves.

4 black pepper.


5-6 leaves of holy basil.

2 green cardamom pods.

¼ teaspoon fennel seeds.

3-4 cups of water.

½ tsp. of honey.

Anise (Saunaph).

1 small cinnamon stick.


Pour 3 to 4 cups of water into a saucepan and add ginger.

Roast all the spices and when the water is boiling, put all the spices in a saucepan.

Add holy basil and honey for 5 minutes.

Let simmer for 20 minutes.

Remove from heat and pour into a cup.

Consume it 2 to 3 times a day.
