How many of us did Dr. Mani Kukreja never expected to lose a loved one to a preventable illness. But when her father – who was diabetic of an autoimmune disease – died of complications with a compromised immune system, she went on a mission to help others avoid the same fate.

As a doctor, Dr. Kukreja spent over a decade conducting clinical research on heart disease, cancer, and other diseases. When she saw the study results, she realized how quickly the affected patients’ health was deteriorating and how certain interventions could have controlled their diseases and prevented deaths.

Dr. Kukreja was determined to help others prevent illnesses rather than trying to cure them in later stages. While many organizations focus on drugs and treatments, she believed that functional and holistic health experts are the best place to educate people about the factors that affect their health and wellbeing.

These include eating nutritious foods, treating inflammation and stress, getting regular exercise, getting enough sleep, cultivating relationships, and strengthening the body’s immunity to infection.

Accordingly, she completed two years of training in Nutrition & Healthy Living from Cornell University, Advanced Functional Nutrition from Mind Body Green and Holistic Nutrition and Health Coaching from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition (IIN).

Her passion and expertise led her to start her practice Fountain of lifethat offers its customers a more holistic approach.

Meanwhile, her father struggled with health problems and suffered kidney failure. After a kidney transplant, he was given immunosuppressants. As a result, he endured recurrent attacks of infection.

One of them led to Septicemia. This infection caused his second kidney to fail. Her father died two days later.

“In October 2018, I lost my father to complications from immunosuppressive drugs,” said Dr. Kukreja. “He suffered from a lack of immunity. That shook me to the core. It was then that I decided to devote my life to helping others prevent disease before it was too late. “

Now certified as a holistic and integrative nutritional health coach with his own company, Dr. Kukreja spent most of 2019 building Livagewell into a fully integrative health and wellness platform.

She offers a full range of programs and counseling to health conscious individuals and organizations, and she quickly gets used to seeing her clients both in person and through Zoom. This gave her an edge at the start of the COVID-19 pandemic in March 2020.

“When the pandemic started, I shifted my attention to developing mine 21 day immunity reset course“Said Dr. Kukreja. “I spent most of 2020 creating the content for this course before launching it in January 2021.”

Customers can take the course from Dr. Buy Kukreja (which lasts three weeks) online. Once purchased, the materials belong to the customer forever.

In line with her certification as an IIN health coach, Dr. Kukreja’s course on what foods customers should buy to meet their individual goals, explains how to boost their body’s immunity, and includes a 21-day meal plan of recipes.

Throughout her career, Dr. Kukreja always tragic that people fell ill with preventable diseases – many of them eventually died.

Having experienced first hand the effects this can have on family and loved ones, she dedicates her career as an integrative nutritional health coach to hope. She wants to show how everyone, regardless of their background, can lead a better, healthier and more holistic lifestyle.

“If you know how to live a healthy life that includes a nutritious diet, adequate sleep, regular exercise, and coping with stress, then your immune system is strong,” adds Dr. Kukreja added. “That means you can fight off most infections.”

Dr. Mani Kukreja (MD, MPH) is an integrative nutritional health coach, founder of Fountain of life, and the creator of the Reset immunity for 21 days: an online course that optimizes immunity in just three weeks. Her Masters degree in Public Health is from Tulane University.
