Jennie has joined Coronation Street back in 2001. At that time she looked very different, as the actress has since lost three sizes simple diet.

She explained that everyone knows what foods are good and bad for them, so following your instincts is a good place to start.

“I don’t go into all diet plans and have silly worries about how much you weigh,” she said.

“Ice cream is bad, salad is good – this is not rocket science.

“If you eat more of the good things and do more exercise, you will lose weight.”


Through this simple hack, the actress managed to lose three dress sizes.

The star also stated that the simple diet also helped her not to worry too much.

“It’s really not worth beating yourself up about,” Jennie said.

“I know there is pressure in this business, but I can honestly say that I have never felt it myself.”

Alan Halsall, who plays Tyrone Dobbs, has also lost weight in recent years.

The actor announced on social media that his training session with co-star Colson Smith helped him the most.

Alan explained that he usually does cardio through badminton and weight training while lifting weights.
