Nutrition experts at the National maternity hospital in Holles Street have created a useful app that combines nutritional advice, pregnancy tips and meal suggestions in one. It is aimed at pregnant women – there is a pregnancy tracker available – but the recipes have broad appeal and can be used for family dinners too. Each one contains the associated nutritional information. The information is broken down into breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks so that you can browse the meals by specific times. There are roughly 100 recipes available to start with, but expect these to keep growing over the coming months.
