It has been over a year since the last CrossFit Games Open. And not just any year, it was THE year. You know 2020. The ones we all want to forget.
For many of us, this year’s Open is a return to a semblance of normalcy, even if our specific situation is not entirely normal. Live announcements are coming back, Castro is back on the microphone and with the cut down to three weeks for the first phase, we can expect the pain to be severe each week.
Maybe you’ve trained hard all year, maybe you’ve trained hard for a couple of weeks to prepare, and maybe you’re doing the Open just for fun with no real prep time. The right diet creates the conditions for all people to realize our potential at The Open.
