VANCOUVER, Wash .– () – Nautilus, Inc. (NYSE: NLS), the innovation leader in home fitness for over 30 years, today announced that its JRNY® digital fitness platform has expanded with a wide range of new video and instructor-led workouts. It also offers the ability to combine adaptive training and language coaching with a member’s favorite Bowflex® radio station, or to travel the world during a workout with the Explore the World ™ app.

The iOS JRNY application has also been improved and is now for the first time compatible with the company’s Bowflex C6 bike. Like the JRNY user experience on embedded Bowflex screens, iOS members now receive individual training recommendations on the Just for You home screen that are based on artificial intelligence (AI) and are curated based on user history and post-training feedback.

Workouts logged in the app or on a Bowflex bike – whether VeloCore®, C6 or C7 – are synchronized with the member’s digital journal, which can now be integrated into Apple Health® and offers members a comprehensive way of setting their fitness goals to pursue.

JRNY members can also take advantage of off-product workouts for yoga, core and strength training under the Videos tab in the Round Up Your Routine section. These instructor-led videos will be available for all JRNY related products.

“Our users knew what they needed for a digital platform, and this overhaul, which is just the beginning of our vision for connected fitness, is our way of saying we’re listening,” said Garry Wiseman, chief digital officer, Nautilus. Inc. “We will continue to update the JRNY platform for our growing customer base as we know we can help them plan and achieve their fitness goals through engaging experiences and actionable insights.”

The JRNY platform is now available for a wide portfolio of Bowflex cardio products and uses AI to create virtually an infinite number of personalized workouts based on an initial fitness assessment that learns and adapts as the member progresses. The JRNY platform offers voice-controlled, one-on-one training, instructor-led training, integration with other fitness apps, and access to members’ own entertainment subscriptions such as Netflix, Hulu, Amazon Prime Video and Disney +. *

Nautilus will continue to update the JRNY digital platform with new content, including video and instructor-led workouts, radio stations, Explore the World routes and more to enhance the experience. These updates are currently only available for iOS. Android updates are expected to be available in spring 2021.

The impressive JRNY digital experience is available on connected Bowflex® home fitness cardio machines, including indoor cycling bikes, treadmills and Max Trainer® cardio machines. The JRNY platform is available for download from the Google Play and App Store on Bowflex.com and is preinstalled on the VeloCore and C7 Max Trainer M9, T7, T10 and T22 motorcycles. After the two-month trial period, a JRNY membership will cost you $ 19.99 per month or $ 149 per year or $ 9.99 per month on your own device, plus applicable taxes.
