In summary, the respondents stated:
- Staffing remains the biggest challenge in 2021, and it’s likely the biggest cost area related to COVID-19
- Growth lies ahead of us across all types of care. Most respondents say that their organization’s revenue will increase in 2021
- Technical spending is expected to increase, with telemedicine and remote patient monitoring being among the target investment areas
