National Nutrition Month®

National Nutrition Month® began as National Nutrition Week in 1973 and became a month-long observation in 1980 in response to growing interest in nutrition. The second Wednesday of March is Registered Dietitian Nutritionist Day, an annual celebration of the commitment of RDNs as leading advocates for improving the nutritional status of Americans and people around the world. This year’s celebration will take place on March 10th.
