Lemon juice works wonders
Lemon juice is a great reliever for constipation in babies and toddlers. Lemons are high in vitamin C, which helps draw water into the intestines. Mix the juice of half a lemon in a glass of warm water, add honey and give it to your child. Ideally, it should be consumed early in the morning on an empty stomach. Water is always the best choice!

So make sure your child stays hydrated.

Honey strengthens the immune system and also supports the digestive system. Put 1-2 tablespoons of honey in a glass of milk and give it to your child on an empty stomach.
