This perfect keto dessert is made with paneer, dried fruit, and almond powder, and uses stevia sugar. The texture is soft and chewy with crispy dried fruits making it a perfect dessert for all of your sweet cravings. The best part about this dessert is that you mash everything in a bowl, bake it and your keto cheesecake is ready.

This keto-friendly dessert was shared by YouTuber Jyoti Dalmia on her YouTube channel “Magic in my food”. When you’re ready to indulge in this healthy and delicious dessert, here is the recipe for you:

Take paneer in a large bowl and mash it until smooth and creamy. Add a little almond flour, stevia sugar, half of your dried fruit and a spoonful of ghee. Mash everything well and prepare a smooth dough, divide this into small muffin-like pieces, which are topped with the remaining dried fruits and bake for 20-25 minutes. Take it out of the oven and let it cool before devouring this healthy dessert.
