My dinner: 4-5 boiled eggs or brown rice + moong or masoor daal + boiled vegetables

Pre-workout meal: black coffee

Post-workout meal: 1 scoop of whey protein

I indulge myself (What you eat on your cheat days): I’m a fan of non-vegetarian delicacies, so when I get the chance to cheat on my diet, I usually eat something like Chicken Biryani, Sauce-Curry, Doner kebab or a spring roll. I have so many favorites!
